This course was built specifically for the partner β the person who is completely committed but may feel unsure of where they fit in, what they're supposed to do, or how to actually help. Partner Prep is not a watered-down version of the main newborn course. It's a course built from the ground up for co-parents, dads, and supporting partners β covering everything from the birth room to bottle feeding to understanding the mental load, in language that speaks directly to your experience.

Sleep foundations

The 4th trimester
The fourth trimester β the first 12 weeks after birth β is one of the most profound and underestimated transitions in human life. Pediatric first aid basics
Essential first aid for infants and children β following American Academy of Pediatrics standards. How to use an EpiPen
If your child has a known allergy β or even if they don't yet β knowing how to recognize anaphylaxis and give an EpiPen quickly and correctly is one of the most important skills a parent or caregiver can have. This short, easy-to-follow course covers the signs of a severe allergic reaction, when epinephrine is needed, and the exact step-by-step technique to use it safely. Includes real-life practice scenarios so you can act with confidence in a real emergency.
